At Subhadra Shakti Bazaar, we take pride in offering handcrafted products created by women entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups across Odisha. Due to the artisanal nature of these products, each item carries its own uniqueness. Our return policy ensures fairness while maintaining respect for handmade craftsmanship.
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Due to the handmade nature of products, the following are not considered defects:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement availability depends on stock and product type.
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be covered by Subhadra Shakti Bazaar.
In other cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
